Return Policy

At Tabeinai, we do not offer product exchanges or returns on orders that have already been delivered. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. If you have any questions about our products, feel free to reach out to our customer care team before placing your order.

We offer a diverse range of skincare, mindfulness, and wellness products. Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mispublished, including prices and promotions. Your understanding is appreciated as we strive to provide accurate information at all times.

Patch Test Recommendation

It’s essential to perform a patch test before using our products. Some individuals may be allergic or sensitive to specific ingredients. While our products are formulated with the utmost care, they may not be suitable for every individual. Please read the ingredient list and perform a patch test (on the elbow). If irritation occurs, rinse with water and discontinue use. Use only as directed on unbroken skin.

Variability of Active Ingredients

Please note that there can be subtle differences in color, scent, and texture over time due to the nature of active ingredients and their interactions. Each complexion and skin concern is unique and special; therefore, returns or exchanges for reasons of general dissatisfaction or pre-existing skin conditions cannot be offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event that any product you have received is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at mindful@tabeinai.com or on WhatsApp at +91-9000250514 within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you through the process, and we will replace the product as per your request.

Cancellation Policy

TABEINAI LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at mindful@tabeinai.com or whatsapp us at +91-9000250514 (9am – 6pm, Mon – Fri).

In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within 6-8 working days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Cancellation Post Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team at mindful@tabeinai.com or whatsapp us at +91-9000250514 (9am – 6pm, Mon – Fri).

In case you have canceled an order that has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. A return charge of ₹100 will be applicable in such cases. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 6-8 working days.

Refund Policy

While we strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is deemed appropriate. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. In case of any refunds approved by TABEINAI LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
